selection. Our staff will answer questions and assist in selecting
the right equipment for your event. We will send you an email confirmation
and will ALWAYS CALL SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT TO

Deposits
We
do not require a deposit to rent a Space Walk. |
License
and Sales Tax
We are licensed in Duval County and collect 7% sales
tax on all rented equipment. If the rental is for an exempt organization
we will need a copy of the current Sales Tax Exemption. |
Insurance
Yes.
Space Walk carries liability insurance coverage. However, we are
only responsible for our own negligence; not yours. In reserving
your inflatable, you will be required to sign a rental agreement
that lists specific terms and conditions of the rental. You must
adhere to these rules. Injuries or accidents are very rare, but
generally they are the result of a lack of supervision or inappropriate
use.

Forms
of Payment
Payment is due upon Delivery. We accept cash or Money
Orders. You also may pay by Master Card, Visa or Discover. The person
that owns the account needs to be there with photo ID. |
Cancellation
Policy
We do not charge a cancellation fee. We ask that
you give us a 24-hour notice. If we do deliver to your event and
you cancel we will charge 50% of the delivery fee to cover labor
expenses. |
Weather
Policy
Space Walks cannot be used in rain or when wind
exceeds 25 MPH due to safety and insurance requirements. If it does
start to rain during your event, please remove all riders, unplug
the blower to deflate it and fold in have if time permits. After
he rain stops plug it back in and dry it out. |
Supervision
Inflatable bouncers that are used correctly are safer than playground
swings and slides. Improper use by the occupants, such as climbing
on the nets, rough housing, flipping or running into one another can
cause serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be
in charge of an inflatable at all times to insure that all safety
rules are followed to prevent injury. |
Set
Up Surfaces
We can set up on grass, asphalt, concrete and indoors.
The equipment cannot be set up in DIRT, MUD, SAND, ROCKS or MULCH. |
Delivery
We deliver to all of Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Julington
Creek, Yulle, Calahan, Fernandina Beach and CR210. We will bring the
equipment, set it up and go over the safety rules. We also have offices
in Orange Park, Baker County, St. Augustine, Brunswick, Putnam and
over 200 other locations in the US.

Customer
Pickups
We allow customers to pick up moonwalks and other
small items. You will need a pick-up truck, mini-van, trailer or SUV.
They cannot be placed in a car or trunk.
There is a $25 refundable deposit for customer pick-ups. Larger items
must be delivered and set up by our staff. We provide the Space Walk,
electric blower anchoring and set-up instructions and brochure when
you pick it up. |
What
Blows Up The Inflatable?
All the Space Walks require a standard dedicated 110
v. house outlet within 50 ft. The blower must stay plugged in while
the inflatable is in use. If power is not available, a generator can
be rented from us for an additional fee. DO NOT PLUG ANYTHING
ELSE INTO THE SAME CIRCUIT! |
Discounts
We do offer discounts when more than 1 item is rented and we also
give a military, police and fire fighter discount.
